Large-scale healthcare flooring across multiple clinical levels — sheet vinyl, White Rock hygienic wall panels and concrete-look wall systems across corridors, CT rooms, nursery and reception
St John of God Midland Private Hospital is one of Western Australia's major private healthcare facilities, and this project represents one of the largest commercial flooring installations Eire Floors has undertaken. The scope covered thousands of square metres across multiple levels, requiring precise coordination of two sheet vinyl systems — homogeneous vinyl in high-traffic clinical areas including corridors, CT room, and scanner room, and heterogeneous vinyl in patient-facing areas including the nursery, change rooms, and reception. White Rock hygienic wall panels were installed on Level 4, providing a non-porous, chemically resistant wall surface suited to the infection control requirements of a major hospital. Concrete-look decorative wall panels were installed on Level 1, delivering a contemporary architectural finish in public-facing areas. Every surface was installed to the standards required for a functioning private hospital in Perth WA.
